About this skill
To start: pick one of four lines. Fletching: use a knife on logs to cut arrow shafts; you start with one. Leather: get cowhide from cows, have Nettie Hidewell tan it into leather in Zarifa (1 coin a hide), then sew it with a needle and thread. Jewellery: use gold bars on a furnace for rings and necklaces. Glyph carving: mine glyphstone and use it on a glyph altar.
The Hearthford Sundries sells knives (8 coins), needles, thread and chisels. Glyphstone is mined in the Eastern Mine, and the air glyph altar in the Thistle Meadows takes level 1. Gold bars are smelted from gold ore at Smithing 42, and a chisel cuts gems for the finer jewellery.
