About this skill

To start: wear what armour you have, pick the Guarded combat style and attack something your size. The Ironsides Plate & Mail in Highcairn sells bronze armour and better.

Defence makes you harder to hit. The Guarded style trains it, and so does At range with a bow, alongside Ranged. Armour asks for Defence levels, so keep it growing with Attack.
